Self-Care Challenge

Hello Loves,

Mental Health is a very important part of life. It is something that comes up all the time and is very rarely talked about in a positive. In some way or another we all struggle at some point in life. This wonderful website has decided to challenge us all to have more self-care during this holiday season. The holidays are always a difficult time, for a variety of reasons, so it is very important to take care of oneself as much as possible.



The list has some cool and really helpful things to do like unplugging from technology for an hour or surrounding yourself with pictures of people you love. Other simple things like "have a laugh" or "watch a movie" are also suggested for the challenge. It starts Today, November 22nd and ends on January 3rd so as to cover the entire holiday season! So print it out and give it your best shot!
