Week of Wishes

Hello Loves,

This week is our second annual Week Of Wishes! It is my favorite time of year. We have a whole week dedicated to Make-A-Wish and our amazing, courageous wish children. For Wish of Wishes we host a dodgeball tournament followed by a Jimmy Fallon inspired Lip Sync Battle. Different frats and campus organizations join us for the battle. They come up with choreographed dances and costumes, making a fool of themselves (in the best way) for the kids.

We started out the week passing out these super cute buttons to the entire campus. We wanted as many people as possible to know about Make-A-Wish. We not only want to raise money for the kids but we also want as many people as possible to know about the amazing organization that Make-A-Wish is.

I tried to get a video for the lip sync but I was having major issues with it. My favorite one was SigEp. They danced and sang along to Frozen's "Let It Go" it was amazing. They went all out with homemade tutus and a choreographed dance.

Overall, this week was a great success and we are nowhere near stopping. We intend to do as much as possible for our community and for Make-A-Wish. In 2002, Chi Omega and Make-A-Wish announced an alliance. Fast forward to today in 2016, Chi Omega has raised over 12.9 million dollars and volunteered over half a million hours in granting the wishes of very courageous children. Please help us in granting more wishes and giving hope, dreams, and inspiration to the more than deserving children. Donation link:
