National Suicide Prevention Month

Hello Loves,

September marks the beginning of National Suicide Prevention Month. It is an important month in which we try to raise awareness for the countless lives that have been taken by suicide and how many of them could have been saved. There are countless "I almost did" stories so I really love this year's theme of keeping to live.

World Suicide Prevention Day

On September 10, 2016 we observe World Suicide Prevention Day to reach out to those affected by suicide, raise awareness and connect individuals with suicidal ideation to treatment services. It is also important to ensure that individuals, friends and families have access to the resources they need to address suicide prevention.
